BARRE

BARRE IS A FUN BALLET-INSPIRED CLASS DESIGNED TO INCREASE STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY. THE SESSION INCLUDES ELEMENTS OF YOGA, PILATES AND BALLET. RESISTANCE BANDS, SMALL HAND WEIGHTS AND PILATES BALLS ARE USED IN BOTH MAT AND STANDING EXERCISES. THESE WILL BE LOW IMPACT, REPETITIVE ISOMETRIC MOVEMENTS TARGETING FEET, ANKLES, CALVES, QUADS, GLUTES AND CORE!

THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO EVERYONE, AND NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
