Sarah's Vinyasa flow harmonises breath with movement in a dynamic, energetic and playful way; encouraging you to find your edge in a gentle and supportive environment. Following specific alignment and timing principles you will systematically work and rejuvenate your entire body, cultivating balance, strength & flexibility ensuring all students will progress from where they started; whether complete newbies or advanced yogis. Typically the first half of the class builds to an invigorating peak and then slows right down for restorative seated postures which work into the deep tissue for greater physical freedom. Sarah always uses beautiful music and props to help students become familiar with their individual anatomy & get deeper into the asana, whilst skilfully fusing together the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin & Jivamukti to deliver a holistic practice where all are welcome.
After a couple of years of messing about with weights at the gym in the hope of becoming The Rock, Noah dropped the weights and has been training strictly with bodyweight for the past 2 and a half years. He found calisthenics training through the fitness group BlockWorkout who are based in Brixton, and I has now become one of their trainers as well as a member, taking boot-camps and community classes. As well as this, Noah is a sports coach at his old school where he teaches bodyweight fitness classes to the kids. Noah feels the hard-working and diverse training methods he preaches are a result of his experiences week in – week out with BlockWorkout.
One could say he's old school, ‘no pain, no gain’, as he believes what doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you; but he ensures it is kept fun, exciting and there is no pressure to run before you can walk. All in all, he hopes to help you get the body you want with the body you have.

My name is Donna Noble, and my journey with yoga started in 1999. An ex-colleague saw a picture of Madonna with her legs behind her head and her enthusiasm made me want to try yoga. I fell in and out of love with yoga due to the usual pressures of life, family, work and studying for a degree.
At the time not realising how important and transformational yoga was going to be in my life. I think that it was as a result of stress I became ill with Bells Palsy in 2015. It was shortly after this that I started my love affair with Yoga again, and decided to attend a Yoga Teacher Training Course – (with the intention of becoming a teacher when I retired).
I completed my course with Triyoga, but then decided to travel to LA and complete the Bikram Teacher Training Course.
Initially only intending to stay was for 11 weeks – I stayed for 6 months travelling and teaching in New York and Texas. I started essentially to go with the flow and it was great. Life became simpler and less stressed.
CurveSomeYoga was created in 2015, as a result of constantly hearing excuses as to why my friends and family could not do yoga.
Also hearing about unpleasant yoga experiences. I wanted to show that everyBODY is a yoga body, so that they too could experience the many benefits. I use the best wellbeing techniques to help my students eliminate stress and consistently live life on their terms.

Eleanor de Zoysa
Eleanor started practicing yoga about 20 years ago. Having taught Karuna Yoga classes for two years, she wanted something a bit more dynamic that would challenge her existing practice. She was looking for a form of yoga that was as much about alignment and practicing safely as Iyengar yoga but also provided more of a ‘work out’. She found BoxingYoga™ by total chance. At first she was a bit skeptical about it – how can boxing and yoga go together? But after attending a foundation afternoon she was hooked and knew she had found something special; just what she had been looking for.
Both boxing and yoga work on strength and flexibility, both need a focused calm mind. The one hour yoga practice makes you work hard and leaves you feeling exhilarated. The flowing sequence is so perfectly designed that you move from posture to posture with grace, yet using every bit of strength you've got in you.

Anna's journey began with her 101 year old granny talking to her about the benefits of her daily meditation practice. She teaches slow-flow classes perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis. The class includes 45-50 minutes asanas (postures) with 15-10 minutes of pranayama (breathing) or guided meditation.
