Sarah's Vinyasa flow harmonises breath with movement in a dynamic, energetic and playful way; encouraging you to find your edge in a gentle and supportive environment. Following specific alignment and timing principles you will systematically work and rejuvenate your entire body, cultivating balance, strength & flexibility ensuring all students will progress from where they started; whether complete newbies or advanced yogis. Typically the first half of the class builds to an invigorating peak and then slows right down for restorative seated postures which work into the deep tissue for greater physical freedom. Sarah always uses beautiful music and props to help students become familiar with their individual anatomy & get deeper into the asana, whilst skilfully fusing together the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin & Jivamukti to deliver a holistic practice where all are welcome.
After a couple of years of messing about with weights at the gym in the hope of becoming The Rock, Noah dropped the weights and has been training strictly with bodyweight for the past 2 and a half years. He found calisthenics training through the fitness group BlockWorkout who are based in Brixton, and I has now become one of their trainers as well as a member, taking boot-camps and community classes. As well as this, Noah is a sports coach at his old school where he teaches bodyweight fitness classes to the kids. Noah feels the hard-working and diverse training methods he preaches are a result of his experiences week in – week out with BlockWorkout.
One could say he's old school, ‘no pain, no gain’, as he believes what doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you; but he ensures it is kept fun, exciting and there is no pressure to run before you can walk. All in all, he hopes to help you get the body you want with the body you have.

Sara-jane first practiced yoga in a village hall in Yorkshire as a teenager. Since then, yoga in the west has come a long way, and Sara-jane has enjoyed exploring a range of yoga and mediation practices throughout her adult life, developing a variety of disciplines including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Zen meditation. Her curiosity to understand the ancient practice more deeply led her to South India, the source of yoga, and she began training as a yoga teacher under the guidance of Swami Santhiprasad – Spiritual Yoga Master, Yoga Guru and founder of School of Santhi Yoga School in Kerala.
With the wealth of yoga variations and styles continually arising within the yoga community, Sara-jane’s classes concentrate on the essence of yoga as a foundation for exploring other styles. Underpinning her teaching is a deep commitment and passion for Classical Yoga, a complete and well-rounded practice based on Indian philosophy and psychology. Her classes are in a small and intimate setting to allow time for each individual, helping them to progress.
Sara-jane was awarded a First Class with Distinction for completing 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training, at School of Santhi Yoga School. She is also qualified in Pre and Post-natal yoga, for pregnancy and after birth.
