Come and go as you please, we understand your membership should work around you! All classes in the park will be held on the black square next to the lido.
If you are on waitlist the best thing is to get the 'Momence' app which will send you notifications. If it is more than 2h before the start of a class you will automatically be added into the class. If it is 2h or less before the class it is fastest finger first.

Personal Training
If you're looking for something specific we have lots of wonderful personal trainers. So, drop us an email at info@fisonfitness.co.uk with what you are looking for, the times you would be looking to train and any relevant medical history and we will match you with the best trainer to suit you. All our trainers offer a free initial consultation and brief workout. Our personal trainers are freelance so prices and timings must be discussed direct with them.
