Why are you a teacher/ trainer?
Having come to yoga later in life and with a disability, I was interested in sharing the benefits I had discovered from the point of view of someone who isn't necessarily the typical teacher in shape, size, age and ability.
What do you teach/specialise in?
I teach classes inspired by vinyasa, ashtanga, yin and hatha yoga but without the constraints that these schools can bring with them. Think moving + breathing rather than traditional yoga.
What do I love about exercise and fitness?
Fitness and movement helps the ever-falling tetris blocks in my brain to find their correct spot..
Whats your favourite food?
Um, I would probably have to say.... food
What music will be on if you are in the Studio?
Usually pretty ambient stuff. Currently I'm playing a long form piece I (cough) created myself..
