Why are you a trainer/teacher/coach?
I love to help people tap into their inner movement potential and witness how much empowerment and joy it brings them when they do that thing, they never thought they could do.
What do you specialise in coaching?
Using an open minded, non traditional approach to yoga asana to allow the individual to find their own natural way of moving without restriction and rigid rules
What do you love about movement?
It makes me feel like a bad ass ninja and connection to my body and breath contributes to me being energised and open in all other aspects of my life. It also makes me a much better human to hang out with
Favourite Food?
All. Of. The. Food.
What music will be on if you're in the studio?
Anything from hang drum chill to neo soul and african beats. Anything that inspires a flow state for our bodies.
Qualifications
I'm over 500+ YTT hours trained
I have been teaching full time for over 8 years.
I've trained in Absolute Hot Yoga (never again) Ashtanga, Inversions and Yin.
I also like to train in different movement foundations including but not limited to dance, Capoeira (newbie) and mobility/functional patterns.
