Frankie Holah
Why are you a trainer/ teacher?
To create safe, supportive and empowering spaces for my clients & classes to train in
To provide a voice that helps to navigate people away from harmful messaging too often seen in the fitness industry
I want to support people in becoming functionally fit for the demands of their life with longevity at the heart of it all...to be able to enjoy the body they have!
What do you teach/ specialise in?
I am a pre and post-natal specialist, coaching mums to be, new and current mums.
What do you love about exercise/fitness?
The power of it...the immediate and long term benefits of moving your body regularly; the mood enhancer, community creator, confidence builder, the rehabilitator, the chronic pain reducer.... and most importantly the ability to participate in it at all ages and stages! I want to be strong well into my later years, to be useful, to be able to carry my kids, play and enjoy my body...exercise does and will continue to enable that!
Favourite food?
My ultimate comfort food is my mums lasagne. Everyday fave foods would be eggs and probably dark chocolate!
What music will be on if you're in the studio?
You can't beat a good 90's-00's throwback in my classes. The tunes never fail to make people smile, have a bop or reflect on uni nights out!
