Why are you a teacher and trainer?

Like many people I came to Pilates via injury. I am an actor and got injured on a job. Pilates not only helped me get back to doing what I love, but also became a love in itself. I adore working with different people and helping them find joy in their bodies.

What do you teach and specialise in?

Pilates.

What do you love about exercise and fitness?

I love exercise as it’s a way to get out of your head and into your body. Then the added bonus is your body will look after your head. It makes me happy!

Favourite food?

My favourite food is Italy. Which is technically a country. But all things Italian. Preferably eaten whilst sat on a veranda on a balmy evening.

What music will be on if you're in the studio?

Music will be relaxed and gentle. Current faves are Khruangbin, Jinsang and The Deli.

Qualifications

  • I trained with Body Control Pilates in 2015 and hold a Level 3 Matwork certificate.

  • APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and hold a certificate in Ante and Post Natal Pilates.
