Why are you a teacher/ trainer?
My mum always said find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life! Fitness is my passion and I love showing people what they are capable of once they abandon their comfort zone.
What do you teach/specialise in?
Strength and conditioning, calisthenics, muscle building and fat loss
What do I love about exercise and fitness?
Fitness is the foundation for my mental health, it really saved my life! It showed me that you can channel all your negative energy into something and make it positive. There’s nothing I love more than starting my day with a character building workout. I leave the gym feeling like I can conquer the world!
Whats your favourite food?
Turkish food or Cheat Meal = Cake & Ice Cream
