Why are you a trainer/ teacher?

I'm a trainer because I believe that engaging in physical exercise helps not only your physical state but also improves your mental, which then helps build a more positive future for longevity, I believe everyone is equal when it comes to training with their goals & should be treated with respect, I like to make each training session unique and fun for my clients, to help them keep progressing towards their goals.

What do you teach/ specialise in?

Strength & Conditioning. Boxing/Muay Thai Kick-Boxing. Core Training. Flexibility/Mobility Training. Bodyweight/Calisthenics Training. Kettlebell Training.

What do you love about exercise/fitness?

What I love about exercise/fitness is the self improvement aspect & doing it for me. To challenge myself & step outside my comfort zone. Especially in Muay-thai where you can't cheat or cut corners, it really pushes you & shows you what you're capable of, which helps me progress to be the best version of myself.

Favourite food?

Pizza! It's top tier could probably eat it everyday if I had to pick one food.

What music will be on if you're in the studio?

Hip hop or some Drum & bass.

  • Level 4 strength and conditioning coach

  • Level 3 personal training

  • 2nd dan black belt in Taekwondo - Started when I was 10 years old

  • Muay Thai

  • Kettlebell instructor

  • Circuit Training instructor

  • First aid
