Why are you a trainer/ teacher?
If you ever get the chance to know me you will figure out immediately that an office job was always out of the question. Being active is not only something I have to do, but love. The fact I get to help people while doing it is just a beautiful bonus.
What do you teach/ specialise in?
I specialize in body transformations and building athletic performance. This pretty much means I help my client reach there body goals while also building their strength and stamina.
What do you love about exercise/fitness?
I love the fact that fitness is a space where it is soley focused on improving yourself.
Favourite food?
I know this isn't super healthy, but I love a pizza
What music will be on if you're in the studio?
South African house, Hip hop and R&B
