Why are you a trainer/teacher?

I'm a trainer because I love seeing those moments clients realise that they CAN do something they previously though impossible. Whether it's a new exercise or easy nutrition habits

What do you teach/specialise in?

I support people with fat loss, strength training and flexibility. But my strongest and favourite area is calisthenics

What do you love about exercise/fitness?

I love fitness not only because I genuinely enjoy moving my body and the reward after a hard session, but it's also has tangible short term and super long term benefits.

I'm giving myself the best chance to wrestle my grandkids later in life.... no one gets the better of Grandad Theo.

Favourite food?

My favourite food (one of anyway) is a beyond mear burger with vegan cheese and brioche, tomato, onion and bbq sauce!!

What music will be on if you're in the studio?

Heavily depending on the session, you'll hear dnb, house, Brazilian funk, uk hip hop, neo soul or jazz.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 certificate in Fitness Instructing

  • Level 3 diploma in Personal Training

  • Level 3 award in supporting pre and postnatal

  • First aid at work
