Why are you a trainer/ teacher?
I love athleticism, anatomy, critical thinking and to help others. Being a coach allows me to do them all. I'm also interested in people and the world and this environment gives me an opportunity to learn from others.
What do you teach/ specialise in?
Building resilient human bodies and beings. Achieving it by correcting dysfunctional movement habits through soft tissue manipulation (massage, dry cupping etc.), improved body awareness (segmental joint control, breathing mechanics) and regular movement practice (from the simplest bits to the most complex lifts).
What do you love about exercise/fitness?
The unlimited opportunities that a good practice opens up. As a byproduct of it, one can live without pain and limitations, enjoy playing any sports and say yes to a friendly competition or a challenge without having to think twice. It teaches patience, discipline and mental toughness but is also a good reminder to remain humble.
Favourite food?
A grilled meat platter for two.
