Why are you a trainer/teacher?
I have a been fortunate enough to experience the many benefits of movement and training from a young age and working as a trainer allows me to share that experience and those benefits with others. Gyms and the concept of training can be quite intimidating when actually movement and training is for everyone.
What do you teach/specialise in?
Strength training with an emphasis on joint health and Animal Flow
What do you love about exercise/fitness?
The freedom it gives you in life, the opportunity to celebrate big and small wins.
Favourite food?
Reeses peanut butter cups
What music will be on if you're in the studio?
Anything from 90's dance music to spice girls or even some old school hip hop
