Why are you a trainer?
I love helping clients achieve their goals and to become stronger. My passion is inspiring people to get active as it will make them feel so much better about themselves!
What do you teach / specialise in?
I specialise in HIIT training. All sorts of different exercises to work out your whole body such as Strength, Core stability and Cardio. My classes are fun and engaging, always aiming to progress my clients in a way that is sustainable!
What do you love about exercise / fitness?
I love exercising because it gives me structure and makes me feel good about myself. It helps clear my mind and is good for my wellbeing.
Favourite food?
I LOVE a roast chicken, nothing beats a Sunday roast!
