I love learning about how our amazing body, brain and mind works and how much confidence, understanding yourself better give you.

What do you specialise in?

All aspects of Postnatal and women's wellbeing

What do I love about yoga?

I love that there are so many layers to a yoga practice and the benefits that come with that are huge, physically, mentally and emotionally. If I had to pick one benefit I love is the balance yoga brings on all levels.

Whats your favourite food?

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • 200 hr teacher training in 2011 with Yogacampus

  • Pregnancy yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli owner of Womb Yoga

  • Postnatal yoga and Childbirth Preparation with Birthlight.
