Regina Ulloa
Why are you a teacher and trainer?
I started teaching when I was 16 years old, after obtaining my diploma as Dance teacher. I found myself in each class and experienced how rewarding is to help students to find their own body language and fully connect with their bodies, that moment when you see in their faces the happiness of a meaningful discovery about themselves. We move energy through our body and as teachers, we have the skills to empower people to achieve a healthy body and mind.
What do you teach and specialise in?
I teach dance, yoga, pilates, resistance and body weight training, circuit training and HIIT. I specialise in Dance as it was the first physical activity I learnt and I also worked as a professional contemporary dancer for more than 10 years. But I believe in all forms of exercise, and each diploma I added to my repertoire became part of me and how and what I teach in each class or session.
What do you love about exercise and fitness?
The health benefits for the body, soul and mind. When you understand that your body is unique, your movements are unique, we just need to listen to it.

What music will be on if you're in the studio?
