Sarah Logue

Why are you a trainer/teacher?

I came to practice as a teenager and it slowly bloomed from there! It became a huge support for me through life’s ups and downs and since becoming a Yoga teacher it’s become so much more.I love the ways I get to connect with people & how we explore the continual journey of being good pals with body and mind. Big cheese, but I couldn’t imagine life without it now.

What do you teach/ specialise in?

A range of styles! From guided meditations to Rocket; I really adore it all. A typical class tends to have a couple little challenges, a philosophical theme & a mindful breath; all geared to let you leave the mat, a little calmer, stronger & lifted. Find me at Fison Mondays 7:30pm Vinyasa Thursdays 7am Monrning Flow

What do you love about exercise/fitness?

The trust it’s given me in myself. I love how I’m continually learning new things about myself, when to stop, to trust my strength how to listen; all the good stuff.

Favourite food?

Peanut Butter!! And coffee- if coffee counts as a food (?)

What music will be on if you're in the studio?

Chill groovy vibes with a bit of beat! Techno on Fridays
