Why are you a teacher/ trainer?
I've taught ballet as an assistance to my ballet teacher from the age of 8. Dance, sports and movement in general have been part of my life and family always, so I've made it my career and lifestyle.
What do you teach/specialise in?
I'm first of all a dance teacher. I trained in Ballet and Contemporary dance from the age of 6. I have an undergraduate and MA degrees in dance and choreography. I teach Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Pas de Deux. As an extension I teach Barre. I am also a qualified Vinyasa and Ashtanga, Restorative and Yin Yoga teacher, which are some of my favourite classes to lead and practice.
What do I love about exercise and fitness?
The mental, emotional and physical benefits.
Whats your favourite food?
I don't have one, but if plant-based and delicious I'll have it!!!
What music will be on if you are in the Studio?
All sorts, from jazz, soul to more upbeat tunes.
