Tom Lynas

Tom Lynas

Tom started working in the fitness industry in 2012 after graduating in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University. He has always lived an active lifestyle, and has studied health, fitness practices and nutrition for nearly a decade now.

In the last five years he's taught spin classes, circuit classes, kettlebell technique, completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Sports Nutrition, run a marathon, coached rugby and qualified as an accredited Personal Trainer (to name but a few) - it’s been busy! He's a big believer in knowledge being power, and regularly attends industry events whilst planning his next course goal.

Tom believes that simple programmes can often be the most effective, and that fitness is for life - it’s not about a crash 8-week bikini body plan, or a quick-fix six-pack, it’s about being able to run faster, move easier, feel stronger and eat better every day, and set up the habit of a lifetime.

During Personal Training sessions his focus on understanding you, your body, your habits and the type of exercise that works best for you - every body is different, and his training reflects that. His programmes are suitable for all abilities and ages, with the ethos centring on inclusivity, encouragement and, crucially, personal achievement. Working together, you'll establish a baseline, set goals, monitor progress and plan for the future both in terms of exercise schedules and gym programmes, and diet plans.

Noah Daniel

Noah Daniel

After a couple of years of messing about with weights at the gym in the hope of becoming The Rock, Noah dropped the weights and has been training strictly with bodyweight for the past 2 and a half years. He found calisthenics training through the fitness group BlockWorkout who are based in Brixton, and I has now become one of their trainers as well as a member, taking boot-camps and community classes. As well as this, Noah is a sports coach at his old school where he teaches bodyweight fitness classes to the kids. Noah feels the hard-working and diverse training methods he preaches are a result of his experiences week in – week out with BlockWorkout.

One could say he's old school, ‘no pain, no gain’, as he believes what doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you; but he ensures it is kept fun, exciting and there is no pressure to run before you can walk. All in all, he hopes to help you get the body you want with the body you have.
